Week #2 is Going Strong

This weeks been an exciting week! Things are flowing, successes are being made and my schedule is filling up! I couldn't imagine all this over a year and a half ago, nor could I see myself owning my own business ever, but it's happening and I'm working hard at this entrepreneurial life. Below I've been pouring everything into MOVEMBER and my cooking classes, I am changing the next cooking classes date! If you've been wanting to join me for a cooking class, stop hesitating, we learn to cook! On Monday 11/22 we will be learning knife skills by cooking a saute. November is MOVEMBER!

Everyone who donates will get a free cooking class hosted by me. Anyone who donates $25 or more, will get a special invite to my ultra exclusive Steak dinner cooking class where I will teach you how to make a porterhouse in a castiron skillet with a potato side and creamed spinach! The best way to support awareness is through outreach and just simply talking about it, but the outreach is near impossible without monetary support.

I do this for the people who I've lost in my life including friends from high school that died too young and my uncle who couldn't beat his own mental struggles, who also couldn't get the help to stop using drugs and alcohol, which ultimately took his life.
